I am a medical doctor who works in emergency medicine with special interest in wellness and healthy lifestyle in reducing chronic diseases.
As a medical doctor I have discovered that the incidence of chronic disease and cancer has increased over the last 15 years since I have completed my training to now.
I have correlated that to the changed of our lifestyle in terms of eating habits, working patterns, our environment and our increased sedentary lifestyle.
I have a very good friend, who had develop colonic cancer and had to have several rounds of chemotherapy. I advised and placed him on a balance diet, exercise and natural vitamin and antioxidants supplements and not one day did he felt unwell, vomited or had to be hospitalised. There was no reoccurrence of the cancer.
Because of this somewhere along the way, I realised that I could do more with this ‘cancer success story’ — I was a leader, and an educator. Part of an empowering wellness revolution, sweeping the planet. Someone who could change lives and provide HOPE — simply by showing up, and telling this story and sharing on health topics.
I have since given health talks on chronic disease, men’s health and optimum health to various church bodies.
I have always advised people to take their health into their own hands by treating themselves with absolute kindness and self-respect.
